FORMAT A: completely asynchronous lessons with custom instructor videos and student sending video demonstrations, charged for one 30-minute lesson per week + access to 15 minutes of office hours offered throughout the week
This lesson format works with flexibility at the student's pace! With a 30-minute lesson package charged once/week, those working in Format A have the opportunity to practice and then send Amanda videos of their progress throughout the week whenever they're ready instead of having to hop on webcam on a day and time they just aren't "feeling it". Instead of having to perform on-command during a live lesson, the best video version can be sent for performance. Should a student feel they need more help, they can send audio and/or video files demonstrating where they're most challenged. Amanda, in kind, will make custom demonstration videos and turn the student's lesson website into an interactive experience with exclusive materials, just for them. Both of us are interacting through discussion, activities, and videos when it's most convenient for the student!

Most success with Format A has been found with intermediate to advanced students, busy professionals, and/or students that are able to work at their own pace. However, beginner students that are a little shy have been known to thrive in this format as well!

Should the student decide they want some immediate answers on webcam, only Format A students have access to 15 minutes of Office Hours that are set throughout the week.

Format A lessons receive materials on a personalized website that can be accessed from any device without logging in or identifying information beyond the 1st name, custom videos from the instructor that are posted on YouTube with details and timestamps for ease of navigation and the ability to slow down the video, and give students the opportunity to submit their videos at their own pace via a dedicated Google Drive folder for privacy and upload abilities from any device.

Cancellations for Format A lessons
Format A lessons are completely asynchronous so students will be able to learn at their own pace. Due to this reason, any student who chooses to solely learn via Format A will be billed weekly until Amanda is given at least 1 week's notice to discontinue to allow for culminating materials to be made available on the website. If less than 1 week's notice is given, students are still billed for the week without refund but are given culminating materials so they can continue practicing on their own before studying with an instructor again.
